Buffalo Chicken Dip

Looking for the perfect dip for any occasion…where everyone keeps coming back for more? This is your new favorite recipe! My gluten free, dairy free Buffalo Chicken Dip is easy, delicious and not too bad on the calorie side of things either!!

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1- 8oz tub vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 3/4 cup vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
  • 1 /2  Tbsp garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley flake
  • 1 Tsp salt & pepper

Instructions:

Mix shredded chicken in bowl with the vegan cream cheese. Once incorporated, mix in the vegan mayo and seasonings and mix well. Next, add the vegan cheddar, salt & pepper and add the franks red hot (1/2 cup at a time). Add the last of the Frank’s and combine. Pour into a greased dish, spread evenly and bake at 400° for 25 min! Serve with celery sticks and tortilla chips. ENJOY!
