These Chocolate Chip cookies are both gluten and dairy free, but you’d never know! They are chewy and gooey and just the right amount of everything.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour (1:1 ratio)
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegan butter or 1 stick (softened)
- 1/2 cup pure cane sugar
- 1/2 cup pure brown sugar
- 1 Tsp pure vanilla
- 1 cage free egg
- 3/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°
Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a stand mix with the balloon whisk attachment, combine the wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients, making sure to scrape the sides of the bowl. Add the chips and combine. Roll into 1- 1.5″ balls and line on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes (or until bottoms are golden).. let cool for 5-10 minutes, if you can!!
